A Circle Corps consisted of a number of small Societies, of troops of Soldiers, living in different places, and being grouped together so as to form one Corps, under the charge of the same Officers. The different places where these Societies are fixed may consist either of villages, or parts of a town, or suburbs of a city.

When possible, Rooms, small Halls, Barns, or any other buildings may be occupied, and when no Building at call can be obtained for a Public Meeting, a room may be found for the Soldiers to meet in, the Public Meeting being held in the Open-Air.
