Delhi

Delhi (sometimes referred to as Dilli), with a central population of 12.8 million and an extended metropolitan population of almost 22 million, is the second-largest metropolis in India after Mumbai and one of the oldest continually inhabited cities in the world. It is located in northern India and, as the National Capital Territory of Delhi (NCT).

The India Northern Territory has its headquarters in New Delhi, part of NCT.
