As they wanted to develop further pastoral ministry they where apointed Corps Officers at the Southmount Corps in Vancouver, British Columbia. He returned to London in 1990 when he became Bandmaster of the International Staff Band.
During his time at the Music Editorial Department and as Director of the Music Department in Canada Robert got the chance to develop his compositions and editorial skills, which resulted in amny compositions, which are still very popular. They also where very busy developing the further use of music and drama for evangelistical purposes and wrote and produced musicals as a result in the mid ‘90’s the Redheads moved back to Canada and after a period there they moved to an appointment in New Zealand.
