Mizoram

Mizoram is one of the Seven Sister States in northeastern India on the border with Myanmar.

The Salvationist work in Mizoram commenced on 26 April 1917 when Lieutenant Kawl Khuma, the first Mizo officer commissioned in India, returned to start the Army work. Corps and other appointments in Mizoram are administered by the India Eastern Territory from its headquarters in Aizawl.
